Our flagship real estate lending fund, the Faes & Co Income Fund, invests in the proprietary asset-backed dealflow originated by our group company F2 Finance, which is a specialist real estate bridging finance lender in the United States.

Prior to founding Faes & Co, Christian Faes co-founded LendInvest in 2008 in London, and built it into a leading financial technology company that is now one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in the United Kingdom. LendInvest was successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange in 2021 and has over £3.7 billion in funds under management.

Our group has also been involved with building the largest short-term mortgage lender in Ireland, Onate; and US mortgage servicing company, Petra Loan Servicing.

We have significant experience with building and scaling technology-driven financial services companies and tapping into an unrivaled breadth of capital globally - including launching and managing various funds, online marketplace platforms, private bond programs, listed retail bonds, warehouse lines, and rated public securitizations.
